Foreign Minister Gil: Venezuela reaffirms its commitment to deepen trade agreements with China

The Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, ratified this Thursday the commitment of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to consolidate strategic relations with the People's Republic of China.

“Venezuela reaffirms its commitment to deepen trade and economic agreements with the People's Republic of China,” Foreign Minister Gil said in a message posted on his Telegram channel.

The Venezuelan diplomat agreed with the spokesman for the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, He Yadong, that “this bilateral relationship is supported by the framework of international laws and regulations of both sovereign countries.”

“The Bolivarian Government expresses its sincere gratitude to the Government of Xi Jinping for its support and solidarity in the face of the recent military aggression of the United States, as well as for the kidnapping of President Nicolás Maduro Moros and the First Combatant, Cilia Flores,” Gil added in his publication.
