The Venezuelan Foreign Minister, Yván Gil Pinto, attended the position taken by the president of Namibia, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah.

The information was released through a post by Gil on his Telegram channel, where he explained: “On behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, we attended the inauguration of Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah as president of the Republic of Namibia.”

In addition, “We congratulate and convey our good wishes to the president, and we express Venezuela's firm commitment to strengthening ties of friendship and cooperation with this nation and its people, who are a source of inspiration for the struggles of the peoples of the world,” he added.

Last Thursday, the foreign minister announced his arrival in Namibia to develop a work agenda to strengthen relations between the two Peoples.
