Foreign Minister Yván Gil celebrated the arrival of the Lunar New Year with Chinese ambassador Lan Hu

The Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, reported that together with the Chinese ambassador to Venezuela, Lan Hu, and his diplomatic team, he celebrated the Lunar New Year, celebrated in the spaces of the National Art Gallery (GAN).

In his account on the social network Telegram, Gil stated that “this event marks the beginning of a new cycle that we deeply value in Venezuela, while reaffirming our friendship, cooperation, alliance and solidarity between the peoples of China and Venezuela.”

“On this occasion, we extend fraternal greetings to the peoples and governments of China and Vietnam, as well as to all the nations of East Asia and to all the communities that celebrate this date around the world,” he emphasized.

He also said that “we wish them that this Year of the Fire Horse will bring greater harmony, peace and prosperity for all.”
