Foreign Minister Yván Gil met with Prime Minister of Dominica

The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yvan Gil, representing President Nicolás Maduro, held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerrit, in which they reaffirmed their mutual commitment to brotherhood and bilateral cooperation, as well as in the context of regional integration.

“During this meeting, we took the opportunity to express our deep condemnation of the threats facing our region, including the recent incursion of a nuclear submarine. These actions represent a serious risk to the peace and security of all of Latin America and the Caribbean, which since 2014 has been declared a Zone of Peace and has had a status of denuclearization since 1967,” wrote the Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs through his account on the social network telegram.
