Foreign Minister Yván Gil on Francesca Albanese: Courageous voice that has denounced the genocide in Gaza

The Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, ratified before the special rapporteur of the United Nations (UN), Francesca Albanese, solidarity with the Palestinian people and the willingness to fight for the sovereignty of the territory occupied by the Israeli army.
“In the context of the Special Emergency Ministerial Meeting for Palestine, which continues today in Bogotá, it has been a great honor to meet and talk with Francesca Albanese, UN special rapporteur and a courageous voice who has denounced the genocide in Gaza and defended the dignity of all humanity,” said the Venezuelan diplomat, through his Telegram channel.
The foreign minister, on behalf of all the Venezuelan people and the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, “congratulated the UN representative, Francesca Albanese, for her work and courage in defending the rights of the Palestinian people to life, self-determination and freedom.”
At the Emergency Ministerial Conference on Palestine that ends today Wednesday in Bogotá, Colombia, the Venezuelan delegation strongly supports and supports all efforts and actions aimed at ending the genocide in Gaza.
