Foreign Minister Yván Gil thanked the Cuban Government for solidarity (+Popular Victory Day)

The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil Pinto, thanked, on behalf of the president, Nicolás Maduro, for the commemoration of the anniversary of the Popular Victory, by the Cuban Government.

Through his Telegram channel, Gil noted that “this milestone not only restored democracy in our country, but also allowed the continuity of Venezuela's revolutionary and sovereign process. Their support and solidarity are fundamental on this path.”

Through the same route, the Antillean Foreign Minister, Bruno Rodríguez, pointed out that “23 years ago, the People of #Venezuela and Commander Hugo Chávez defeated the fascist coup d'etat. We reiterate our support for the Bolivarian and Chavista Revolution, its Civic-Military Union and its President Nicolás Maduro, in the face of threats, sanctions and external pressures”, which led to the publication of the Venezuelan Foreign Minister.
