Foreign ministers of Venezuela and Benin reaffirm commitment to strengthening bilateral and multilateral agenda

The Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, maintained a telephone contact with his counterpart from Benin, Shègun Adjadi Bakar i, to strengthen ties of binational cooperation.

“We reaffirm our commitment to strengthening the bilateral agenda and multilateral cooperation. We agreed to move forward with the First Joint Commission to collaborate in areas such as Sustainable Agriculture, Education, Energy, Cultural Exchange and the Textile Industry,” said the Venezuelan Foreign Minister on his Telegram channel.

Gil thanked “Benin's firm condemnation of unilateral coercive measures against Venezuela. Together we will work for a multipolar and just world!” , he said.
