Foreign ministers of Venezuela and Vietnam reaffirm ties of cooperation and brotherhood at the UN

The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, met this Wednesday with his counterpart from Vietnam, Le Hoai Trung, to reaffirm the ties of brotherhood, bilateral cooperation and multilateral alliance.

During the meeting, held within the framework of the 80th session of the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN), both authorities highlighted “the solid economic and commercial relationship that Venezuela maintains with Vietnam”.

Through his Telegram channel, the Venezuelan diplomat highlighted that the exchange between Caracas and Hanoi “reaches approximately 55 million dollars and continues to expand, reflecting sovereign and beneficial cooperation for both nations.”
