Everything related to the rights and obligations of the working class will be compiled in Venezuela's labor code to face the country's new challenges and realities, said the president of the National Federation of Public Sector Workers (FENTRASEP), Franklin Rondón.
“That code would include everything related to the world of work. It would include, of course, the reform of the Organic Labor Law, the INCES Act, the LOPCIMAT, and the Social Security Act itself. It would be a set of laws, regulations, provisions,” Rondón said in an interview with Venezolana de Televisión.
In this regard, he stressed that with this reform of our legal system, announced by the president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, it is moving towards the refounding of the workers' movement.
He also stressed that the Bolivarian Socialist Central of Rural and Fisheries Workers will actively participate in this process, providing proposals, ideas and giving the debate to collectively build what could be a labor code.
