The Venezuelan Foundation for the Prevention and Treatment of Drug Use (FUNDAPRET) offered a preventive day on the consumption of psychoactive substances, both legal and illegal.

According to information issued by the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Justice and Peace Relations (MPPRIJP), the preventive day was aimed at 4th and 5th year students, in the afternoon, “where guidance, awareness-raising and training spaces were provided that promote values, self-care and life skills, essential for responsible decision-making”.

“From a preventive and comprehensive approach, the Venezuelan Foundation for the Prevention and Treatment of Drug Use promotes educational strategies that strengthen protective factors and reduce risks associated with substance use, contributing to the construction of safer and healthier school and community environments,” reported the MPPRIJP .
