The Venezuelan Foundation for Seismological Research (FUNVISIS) recorded this Saturday, February 14, an earthquake of magnitude 3.4 in Valencia, in the state of Carabobo.

According to the technical report published by the institution on its social network Instagram, he specified that the event occurred specifically 15 km northwest of Valencia and 23 km southwest of Puerto Cabello, with a depth of 4.5 km.

The earthquake occurred at 13:24 (local time) and was reported by the population.

Through social networks, several users reported having felt the tremor in several municipalities in the state of Carabobo, including Valencia, San Diego, Naguanagua, Puerto Cabello and Los Guayos.

So far, the authorities have not issued material damage or human losses.
