The Marabino team Gaiteros del Zulia announced the hiring of non-American Manny Payton just weeks before the start of the Professional Basketball Super League (SPB).
averages 15.0 points, 2.9 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game with the Argentinian club Junín from where he will arrive in the country.
Payton becomes the fourth import of the quintet along with C.J. Rodríguez, Michael Warren and Jerry Evans.
