This Monday, January 5, the deputy to the National Assembly (AN), Genesis Garvett, highlighted this Tuesday the support of the Homeland Bloc for legitimate president Nicolás Maduro and the first fighter and deputy Cilia Flores, pointing out that both embody the historical legacy of Simón Bolívar and Commander Hugo Chávez, and represent the continuity of the defense of the territory and the sovereign.

During the installation of the AN for the legislative period 2026-2031, Garvett ratified the loyalty of parliamentarians and parliamentarians to the Constitution and to the peace of the Republic, following the US aggression against Venezuela.

“Just as the early morning of February 4 of the year 92 meant for this Homeland and for humanity the definitive transformation of this 21st century, the dawn of January 3, 2026 will definitely change the course of humanity,” he said.

He also sent a message to the peoples of the world who have shown solidarity with Venezuela, at this historic moment for humanity.

At the same time, he emphasized that “in the smile of President Nicolás Maduro and in his hands is the message to the peoples of the world; we will overcome the arrogance and ignominy of those who seek to dominate this people who finally ran from America to the last empire that dared to step on this ground,” he said.

It also ratified the support of the Parliamentary Bloc of the Fatherland to Dr. Delcy Rodríguez, appointed as president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

He reaffirmed that the Great Patriotic Pole Bloc maintains its absolute commitment to the Constitution, to the presidential family and to the Venezuelan people, assuring that the country's youth and institutions will continue to defend sovereignty against any attempt at external domination.
