GNB captured a man carrying 93 cocaine thimbles

Members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) apprehended a subject who was transporting, intraorganically, 93 deciles of cocaine, according to the Strategic Operational Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez.

Through a message published in his X account, the senior military officer reported that the citizen was arrested at the Simon Bolivar International Bridge when, aboard public transport, he intended to travel from Colombia to Puerto La Cruz in the state of Anzoátegui.

“The Venezuelan State remains in the fight against the scourge of drug trafficking and maintains its active deployment to exercise national sovereignty and territorial integrity in a democratic State of law and social justice,” said the senior military official.
