Government of Amazonas serves patients during a women's health and cardiology conference

Around 290 from Amazonas, including 150 women, were treated in a health operation carried out in the state. This was reported by the government of the entity from its Facebook account from where it detailed that women, belonging to the Emilio Arévalo Cedeño Commune in the Atures municipality, received free medical care, women's health tests and were also given free treatments.

The Deputy Minister of Indigenous Peoples, Radina Castillo, was present offering guidance and talks on issues of gender-based violence and explained that in a second operation at the José María Vargas Popular Clinic in Puerto Ayacucho, they treated about 90 patients in the cardiovascular area of the Luis Alberto Gómez parish.

During the day, attendees had access to timely diagnostics and electrocardiography tests at no cost.
