Government of Bolivar begins preparations for the Ruta del Calipso 2024

The government of Bolívar began preparations for the “Ruta del Calipso 2024", with the objective of showing residents and tourists the best of the history, nature, art and gastronomy of this entity.
Through a press release from the regional government, it became known that Governor Ángel Marcano instructed that the “Calypso Route” will be extended to the eleven municipalities of the state and each one will include musical, artistic, gastronomic and tourist activities that reflect the best of each town to its own and visitors.
He recalled that the “Calypso Route” is a set of carnival activities carried out every year by the Bolivarian government together with mayors and other public and private entities.
This year the Bolivarian carnival will have as its motto “Bolivar: Ancestral Land”, referring to the 18 original peoples that are part of its population.
