Government of Chile reports 16 deaths after fires in two regions

The Government of Chile reported the death of 16 people as a result of fires in two of its regions over the past few hours.
Officially, the Chilean security minister, Luis Cordero, confirmed that at least 16 people have lost their lives in the intense forest fires affecting the Ñuble and Biobío regions and dozens of homes have been consumed by flames, details the news portal RT:
One of the fatalities was found in Ñuble and others in the Biobío region . It is added that the first deceased was found on Saturday, while the other 15 were confirmed this Sunday.
