Government of La Guaira received a proposal for cooperation with the Turkish province of Gaziantep

The governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, received a new proposal for twinning with the province of Gaziantep, in Türkiye, after meeting with the governor of that region, Kemal Çeber, so they began a work schedule with the Venezuelan embassy in that country, to request the authorizations and the route of this bilateral cooperation favorable to both nations.
The information was provided by Terán, through his account on the social network X, in which he explained that immediately the commission that accompanies him, together with the sole authority of the Special Economic Zone of La Guaira (ZEE - La Guaira) Marcos Meléndez and the Minister Counselor of the Venezuelan Embassy in Ankara, Antonio Morillo, will be responsible for the first steps to implement the immediate action agenda.
“This is the result of the trust that the world has in the Diplomacy of Peace carried out by the president, Nicolás Maduro, whose cooperation transcends the economic sphere and moves towards the cultural and the social,” he said.
In addition, during his tour of strengthening the ZEE - La Guaira, in Türkiye, Terán met with the chamber of businessmen, who were able to learn up close what the entity's Special Economic Zone consists of, motivating them to visit Venezuela in the coming days.
In this regard, he indicated that some of these businessmen already have investments in Venezuela, “we come to strengthen and raise to the highest level relations of cooperation, friendship and mutual economic development, so that extraordinary investment initiatives may emerge in our country.”
