Regarding the development of electoral day in the entity, he specified that a total of 416 polling stations are operating in the entity's 216 voting centers “without any news, there is an extraordinary influx of participation”.

He highlighted the speed of the electoral system, as well as citizen participation, which he described as extraordinary, “it already decrees a defeat to those who called fraud, to those who called not to believe in the Republic plan, not to believe in the democratic system; today they are defeated.”

Finally, he called on “everyone not to stop participating in the elections, “it's a simple, fast, expedited process”.
