Government of Miranda executes pavement plan for kilometer 13 of the Pan-American Highway

The
Government of Miranda is implementing the asphalting plan on the Pan-American Highway, placing
7,000 tons of asphalt at kilometer 13.
According to a press release issued by the
Government, the vice-governor of the Altos Mirandinos axis, Francisco Garcés, specified that “all this work is carried out together with the body of engineers,
the Miranda Services
Corporation, Metro Los Teques, officials of the Bolivarian National
Guard, Bolivarian National Police, Traffic and Miranda Police”.
Garcés also pointed out that more than 300 meters of the river
adjacent to the Picott Urbanization in the La Ovieja Negra sector, at kilometer 13 of the Pan-American Highway, are being intervened with
dredging works. “These tasks are
essential to prevent the tributary from overflowing during the next rainy season.”
