Government of Monagas delivered medicines and medical supplies to the Sotillo mayor's office

A total of 8,085 medicines and 846 medical supplies were delivered to José Maldonado, mayor of Sotillo.

The Government of Monagas, through the Monagas Social Care Fund (FASMONAGAS), delivered 8,931 medicines and medical supplies to guarantee access to essential treatments for families in Los Barrancos de Fajardo, Sotillo municipality.

According to a press release from the Government, the delivery includes 8,085 drugs and 846 high-impact supplies for the treatment of chronic diseases, infections and priority conditions.

In this regard, Miguel Figueroa, president of the Fund, said: “Today Governor Ernesto Luna confirms his commitment to the health of all Monaguenses. These medicines represent hope and relief for thousands of families who depend on a strengthened and efficient health system.”

Meanwhile, Mayor José Maldonado thanked President Nicolás Maduro and Governor Luna for their support and assured that “this contribution is vital to improving the quality of life of our citizens. We will work tirelessly to ensure that they reach those who need it most.”
