The governor of the Portuguese state, Primitivo Cedeño, participated in a meeting with productive sectors in the llanera entity where he participated in the call for national unity against unilateral and coercive sanctions against Venezuela.

“Today Portuguese is a pilgrim for peace, for a Venezuela free of sanctions to continue moving forward,” said the regional president during his speech to productive sectors, workers and social sectors that joined the call for national unity.

He emphasized that the sanctions not only affected the people and public services, but also the productive sectors of this state, but also destroyed the national economy.

“Sanctions against hospitals, that's why when I hear Bernabé Gutiérrez and opposition political parties that believe in a Venezuela free of sanctions, that's what we need,” he said.
