Governor La Guaira inspects rehabilitation work at the Guaicamacuto School

The complete rehabilitation of the sports court and the auditorium was also achieved.

The governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, reported that 85% progress has been made in the rehabilitation work of the Guaicamacuto School, carried out by the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (BRICOMILES).

Terán specified that this is the 170th school that is being rehabilitated in the state, through BRICOMILES, which represents 82% of the total educational infrastructure in the entire state.

The work carried out at the institution includes waterproofing the roof, arranging its 24 classrooms, bathrooms, corridors, painting, lighting and wall paneling.

“This school has libraries, sports fields, Infocentro and it's looking beautiful. It is already 85% of rehabilitation, we have 10 days left to finish it,” said the regional president.
