The governor of the state of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava, together with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the people of Carabobo, demanded from the Government of the United States the faith of life of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro and of the first combatant Cilia Flores and their prompt return to the country.

During statements for VTV, the Governor of Carabobo issued a strong statement in the face of uncertainty about the whereabouts of the Head of State, following the military attack carried out by the United States government.

Lacava emphasized that the Carabobo state remains on permanent alert and under strict adherence to legality and reiterated its unrestricted commitment to the constitutional thread, laws and regulations that govern the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and rejected any attempt to break the democratic order.

“Let's hope that in the next few hours we will be able to have information from the Head of State. Here no one gives up in Carabobo, here we are with the mandate given to us by the people and above all with the sovereignty and independence of this country that we had a hard time achieving in more than 200 years of struggle,” he said.
