The inhabitants of the state of Guayana Essequiba marched this Saturday, January 10, in a massive street day to demand the release of the constitutional president, Nicolás Maduro, and the first female fighter, Cilia Flores.

In the Great People's March, citizens denounce the actions of the U.S. government and defend the sovereign right of the Venezuelan people to decide their future in peace.

The governor of the entity, Neil Villamizar, said that the People say “no to kidnapping and no to aggressions against Venezuela.”

He also exalted that the only ones who can manage the country's natural wealth, who belong to “Venezuela, are ours and we Venezuelans administer and govern it.”
