Governor of Aragua highlights women's pedagogical progress with the new Nora Castañeda School

The governor of the state of Aragua, Johana Sánchez. celebrated the inauguration of the “Nora Castañeda” International School of Leadership for Women, calling it a historic achievement that strengthens the andragogical education and critical thinking of Venezuelan women.

During her speech, the regional president stressed that this new institution is not just a physical space, but a center for deep reflection to raise the flags of struggle of women, who today are world references of love, work and resilience.

Sánchez emphasized that the project responds to the need to professionalize and empower female leadership under the ideals of Bolívar and Chávez, pointing out that the delivery of this school means a substantial advance in pedagogical and constructive advancement to continue building the dream homeland. The event highlighted the participation of the 17,036 Women's Committees formed in the state of Aragua, which are organized under the Josefa Joaquina Sánchez Movement, defined by the governor as the “movement of movements” that brings together all social sectors under the same identity of struggle and independence.

The Governor took the opportunity to send a message to the international community, urging us not to ignore the reality of Venezuela and to observe carefully how Venezuelan women preserve their families and hold up the flags of resilience from the place where the revolutionary movement was born.

Finally, the highest authority in Aragua thanked Yelitza Santaella for her ministerial support, stressing the importance of female solidarity and paying tribute to the historic leader María León, reaffirming that support among women is essential to walk the paths of emancipation.
