Governor of Aragua: We are witnesses of the peace, victory and tranquility of the people of Venezuela

The governor of the state of Aragua, Joana Sánchez, stressed that the entity went from 131 to 191 Quadrants of Peace to guarantee peace of mind for the entity's families.

From the Las Ballenas Army Park, during the Adaptation of the 191 Peace Quadrants in the state of Aragua, led by the Sectorial Vice President for Policy, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, Sánchez asserted that this figure reflects the efforts made by the Bolivarian Government to bring security directly to the heart of communities.

The governor emphasized that this deployment seeks to make the People feel first-hand the support of the security forces in perfect civic-military-police union.

“We are witnesses of the peace, victory and tranquility of the people of Venezuela. Today, Aragua, the cradle of great transformations, announces this reorganization so that our people, accompanied by Popular Power, feel peace in a tangible way,” said Sánchez.

He also highlighted that data from the Venezuelan Security Observatory (OVS) show extremely favorable figures for the entity in the last semester. “The reduction in crime rates is a fact thanks to the tireless work of officials,” he said.

In that regard, he thanked and congratulated all our officials who make these results possible.

Sánchez said that a key point is the strengthening of security in the south of the state of Aragua, an area that represents approximately 52% of the state territory that has more than 7,400 km^2. “With the proportional increase in quadrants in this area, more effective surveillance is guaranteed in rural and strategic areas of the state,” he added.
