Governor of La Guaira activated Mission Bases in El Cambural

In the El Cambural sector, Maiquetía parish, Governor José Alejandro Terán activated the Lieutenant Colonel Eliécer Otaiza Mission Base, which will serve more than 1,700 families with general medicine and dental offices, a food house and a multipurpose room.
“This Mission Base will have 24-hour medical care, one of the most important aspects has to do with the activation of a dental office. And it also has its large dining room, where 150 families are fed daily from these sectors, from these five neighboring communities,” said the Governor of La Guaira.
Terán highlighted the role of the women of El Cambural, as well as leaders and leaders in consolidating the reactivation of the Mission Base, “you are examples of those fierce women, who work every day for the people and the community organization. Since this was a commitment made in the approach to the program “A Star of the Sea”.
During the activity, the Secretary of Social Protection, Pedro Rodríguez, was present; as well as the Single Health Authority, Nelare Bermúdez, who reported that the Mission Base has the vaccination and immunization program, medical personnel for house-to-house visits, as well as supplies and medications for community care.
Eneida González, a resident of the El Cambural sector, highlights the community organization, “we work hard to try to achieve this benefit. We will already have the doctors who can treat us, adults, young people, boys, girls; grateful to all the people who made this achievement possible.”
