The governor of La Guaira, José Terán, strongly condemned the acts of vandalism by violent groups of the extreme right and assured that he will act firmly to do justice.

“How sad to see how they vandalized the most beautiful city in Venezuela, our beloved state of La Guaira yesterday (Monday 29). We categorically reject these acts and will act firmly to do justice, since justice cannot be known without peace,” Terán said in a message posted on his account on the social network X.

Terán confirmed that in La Guaira they have always guaranteed the right to protest as long as it is peaceful.

The Governor accompanied his message with videos showing acts of violence against public and private facilities, criminals throwing stones and Molotov cocktails.

Terán called on the revolutionary forces not to fall into provocations.
