Governor of La Guaira delivered CDI March 10 (+remodeling)

The governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, reinaugurated the facilities of the Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI) 10 de Marzo, located in the Carlos Soublette parish.
According to information issued by the Government, these spaces were completely rehabilitated by the Military Community Health Brigades (BRICOMILES) within the framework of the social protection program A Star of the Sea.
In this regard, the governor indicated that “this CDI has been comprehensively intervened so that all Venezuelan personnel and the Cuban Medical Mission can be here, in perfect unity between Cuba and Venezuela with a single flag, to be able to serve all the people of La Guaira with deep love, in order to strengthen the entire cycle of public health care, as Chávez thought and as President Nicolás Maduro Moros is executing it.”
The works carried out include: roof waterproofing, bathroom remodeling, optimization of the hospitalization area, activation of digitized X-ray equipment, installation of air conditioners and televisions, remodeling of the waiting and reception area, optimization of the center's kitchen and dining room, in addition to the provision of implements and utensils and provision of a new waste room.
He also explained that there are more than 43,000 families who will benefit from the rehabilitation of this CDI, which works 24 hours a day, since it has hospitalization and intensive care services and will also serve 10 medical specialties.
“This is a health care center that has all the services: laboratory, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, general medicine, among others. It even has an intensive care unit, vaccination room, dining room, kitchen; that is, all the conditions to care for all the inhabitants of this populous parish,” said Terán.
