Governor of La Guaira launches the 2024 Community Vacation Plan

The governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, kicked off the XVI Mostacho Fest Community Vacation Plan “Our Homeland” this Wednesday at an event with recreational people from the Playa Grande Peace Court .

Terán predicted that approximately 24,000 children will be treated, from August 7 to September 8 at 240 community points in the entity.

The program includes visits to communities with recreational, cultural and sports games, including arable pools, ping pong tables, gaming area and inflatable mattresses.

In the Mostacho Fest 2024 Community Vacation Plan, 720 recreational players will be deployed in 60 communities a week, where it is also expected to impact 3,200 young people directly and another 5,200 indirectly.

Planned activities include visits to the Ojo de La Guaira, the cinema, La Guaira Karting and Bowling, VIP Terraces, Jorge Luis García Carneiro Stadium and the La Guaira Sports, Scientific and Cultural Center, among other places.

“They are going to have a happy vacation. You are going to have a vacation full of hope, full of optimism, full of joy because you are going to paint La Guaira in colors. You are going to fill La Guaira with hope, because you are the present and the future of this beautiful state”, concluded the regional president.
