The Governor of Miranda State, Héctor Rodríguez, emphasized that Venezuelans must settle differences in peace, in democracy, by voting and not by hating.
From the Julio Calcaño Educational Unit, located in the Barrio Unión sector, in Petare, Rodríguez assured that people are voting with peace of mind.
He also reported that of the 4000 communities in Miranda state, 15 have presented electricity problems, “we are already in communication with CORPOELEC and the Ministry of Electric Energy to resolve this situation”
He stressed that despite the electrical problems in those communities, the voting
centers did not stop working, because the machine has
its own battery.
