Governor Terán recognizes the conscience of the People after the SEN attack

Venezuela demonstrated “extraordinary technical capabilities to deal with cyber war”

The governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, recognized the people of the entity for their conscience and extraordinary behavior in the face of the attack on the National Electricity System (SEN) that occurred early Friday morning.

Through his account on the social network Instagram, accompanied by the comprehensive defense body, the Major General, head of ZODI La Guaira, Jesús Rafael Villamizar, the Zone Commander of the National Guard, General, Antonio Ramón Casadiego and members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, reaffirmed that La Guaira was able to remain in peace.

“Our national Government, through CORPOELEC, has managed to defeat the attack on the National Electricity System, which has been the victim, to thank the people of La Guaira for the extraordinary conduct of trust placed in the institutions of the national government led by our Commander in Chief Nicolás Maduro, to restore electricity service,” he said.

He also reaffirmed that Venezuela demonstrated “the extraordinary technical capabilities to face cyberwar on the part of the workers of CORPOELEC, to whom we send recognition and congratulations.”

He also stressed that “the attack by the elites of the international and national right, which they carried out today, sought to destabilize peace in Venezuela.” He also congratulated all health workers, security agencies, public transport, commerce and the people in general for continuing their work and trusting the Bolivarian Government.
