Governor Terán: Venezuela builds true direct, participatory and popular democracy

The governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán, assured that the best legacy a ruler can leave are hearts, transformed minds and dignified lives.

“We are going for more because the greatest transformation always comes from the inside out,” the regional ruler reflected on his management of government and his willingness to assume the necessary changes towards the communal State.

“We will always bet on the search for consensus that will allow us to develop this Homeland that belongs to all of us and that it is that yellow, blue and red with its eight stars on the national flag that embraces us all without discrimination as a sign of the true direct popular and leading democracy of the Venezuelan people,” the ruler reiterated during his swearing in for the period 2025-2029.
