Gran Marcha de los Claveles will be held next Monday in Caracas

Through the social
network Instagram, the National Music Company (CNM) reported that the
traditional Great March of the Carnations will be held next Monday,
February 16, in the city of Caracas, to pay homage to the singer of the People, Ali Primera.
“This Monday, February 16
, 2026, we invite the Venezuelan people to walk with our popular
cultivators, artists, writers, artisans and cultural promoters on
a march of love and hope to commemorate the planting of the
town's singer, Ali Primera, 41 years after his planting,” wrote the CNM on the social network.
He also indicated that the mobilization that will begin at 10:00 in the
morning has as its concentration point the Alí Primera House of Freedom and
Culture (San Carlos Barracks), which is located next to the
National Pantheon and will end at Plaza Bolívar in Caracas.
In addition, he stressed that in the spaces of Plaza Bolívar, “with music, art and poetry, this meeting with the singing father who is still with us and whose message is more relevant than ever” will be celebrated.
