Gran Misión Viva Venezuela delivered instruments to cultivators in Guárico

As part of the actions to recognize the
work of the cultivators, the Gran Misión Viva Venezuela (GMVV) presented musical
instruments to the cultor, Rafael Gota, located in the parish of San
Rafael de Orituco in the state of Guárico.
According to information from Venezolana de
Televisión, the contribution provided consists of a cumaco, three bells, three pairs of maracas,
three guiras and a pair of lauros, which will facilitate
the promotion and dissemination of lucero and jinka, indigenous expressions that represent the history and uniqueness of this Guarique jurisdiction.
Gota expressed his gratitude to the Minister of
Culture, Ernesto Villegas, and to all those who made it possible to deliver these instruments.
In addition, he highlighted the benefit they will have for him and his group
to forge the culture of his people, which increases his support with the GMVV.
The event was attended by the Guárico Cultural Cabinet team, the state coordinator of the Cultural Mission, Maryori Solé, and Jean Castrillo, representative of the Directorate of Culture of the Monagas municipality. This institutional participation underlines the commitment of the State at its different levels to the promotion of culture and support for cultivators.
