Grassroots structures of the PSUV in Mérida turned to support the candidacy of Nicolás Maduro

With the participation of more than 52,000 people from Merida on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the grassroots structures of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in Mérida unanimously and decisively supported the candidacy of Nicolás Maduro as a candidate for the Presidency of the Republic in the upcoming elections on July 28.

In a press release on the PSUV website, he points out that a representative of the state vice-presidency of the red awning thanked the people of Merida for their masterful and disciplinary participation.

“The proposal for the candidacy of Nicolás Maduro as our representative obtained support in the more than five thousand streets, the more than 1,600 communities and the 560 UBCH that they make in the 545 electoral centers of the state of Mérida,” he said.

He also highlighted the great collective effort of the men and women who make up the Party of Hope, overcoming all vicissitudes and obstacles and demonstrating the spirit of commitment and reciprocal loyalty between President Nicolás Maduro and his people.

“The people of Merida are grateful and recognize that with Nicolás Maduro we are heading towards the new 2024-2030 era, which translates into the Bicentennial era of the planting of our Father Bolivar, who together with our Commander Hugo Chávez, are our guides and the origin of our Homeland project,” he said.
