Guárico: Casa de la Cultura Dr. Francisco Lazo Martí reopened its doors in Calabozo

The Dr. Francisco Lazo Martí House of Culture, located in the Francisco de Miranda municipality of the Guárico state, reopened its doors after completing the restoration work on its facilities.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the reopening was led by the governor of Guárico, Donald Donaire, and the mayor of Francisco de Miranda, Alfreina Álvarez, with a day that included folk performances, art shows and live music for the families of Calabozo and visitors.

In this regard, the governor of Guárico stressed the importance of recovering spaces intended for cultural activity and highlighted the work done to improve facilities. “Our growers deserve decent spaces to continue promoting culture in each municipality,” he said.

He also added that the work has been carried out together with President Delcy Rodríguez, and the municipal authorities to rehabilitate the entity's houses of culture.

For his part, Álvarez celebrated the completion of the work and the delivery of the renovated venue.
