Head of State: After 10E I will present the National Organic Law of the Homeland Plan 2025-2031

At the close of the Great Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc of the 21st Century, the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, announced that, after being sworn in on January 10 as re-elected president, he will submit to the National Assembly (AN) the proposal for a National Organic Law for the Plan of the Homeland 2025-2031.

“These proposals will become the definitive 7T program that I am going to bring to the National Assembly. This will be the country's development plan that emerged from the new civil society of the historic bloc,” he explained.
