Head of State: Bolivarian Government guarantees to include new products in the CLAP in 60 days

This Tuesday, March 12, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, announced that the Bolivarian Government guarantees to the Venezuelan People that in 60 days new products will be included in the Local Supply and Production Committees (CLAP).

“In 60 days I want to guarantee for our people canned meat, canned chicken, carrots and salt. Be fulfilled!” , instructed.

During the event held at the Bolivarian Dome of the Olympic Village, in San Juan de los Morros, in the state of Guárico, on the occasion of the celebration of the 8th Anniversary of the Local Supply and Production Committees (CLAP), he specified that in 2017 there was a nutritional deficit of 35% in the country and this year 2024 we will record just 2%.

“You the CLAP were the ones who achieved this victory against the famine you wanted to give us last names, the oligarchic right and imperialism,” he said.

In this regard, he pointed out that in order to achieve the goal of 27,000 Productive CLAP, the instruction was issued “to support CLAP with logistics, technology and techniques so that the productive 'P' grows more and more”.
