Head of State calls for a “cayapa” to promote National Project Consultation for Communes

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, called for mass mobilization and a “cayapa operation” promoted by the national Government, governorates, mayors and Popular-Military-Police power to ensure the success of the fourth Annual Consultation of the Communal Power, scheduled for November 23.

“I call on the entire constitutional power to take action and in a cayapa operation to come out and support, massively, the preparation of the fourth National Popular Consultation 2025; we must ensure that all organized communities participate,” stressed the Head of State.

From the “Face to the River” Commune in Petare, the national president emphasized the importance of citizen participation in this exercise of direct democracy.

“On November 23, we have a challenge. November 23 is the fourth annual Consultation of Community Power and communities, neighbors and neighbors, must go out and vote massively to vote for the two projects they choose with their free vote,” said President Maduro.
