In his words, he stressed that being young today must be the protagonist of the new Carabobo, “it is organizing, creating community, rejecting any type of individualism”. He also defined youth “as the new backbone of 21st century independence”.

The Head of State compared the feat of the Battle of Carabobo with the project of continental integration, reaffirming Venezuela's commitment to the Great Homeland.

In this regard, he stressed that “Carabobo opened the road that would lead to Ayacucho, to Gran Colombia, to the idea that our America would march in a single, deeply united block of power.” In addition, the President concluded with a hopeful message: “Bolívar's dream is still unfinished, it is still to be done and it is victorious in this new historical time.”
