The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, celebrated the medals won by deaf-Olympic athletes at the Pan American Games for the Deaf Brazil 2024, whom he congratulated.
Through his Telegram channel, the head of state celebrated the second gold medal won by Enmanuel Peroza, “and the third for Venezuela, in the 1500 meter test with a time of 4:21:64 sec”.
Also noteworthy was José Sutil's bronze medal, achieved in the long jump, with a mark of 5.84 meters. “There are no limitations to winning! Congratulations!” , he wrote.
