Head of State: Cessation to the genocide in Gaza is a global outcry

In the opinion of the First National President, Nicolás Maduro, the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip is a global outcry, he said in his program With Maduro+ number 39 this Monday, April 1st.

“Based on a survey applied to the Jewish People, 76% of those consulted are against genocide and advocate for a solution between the two States (...). The ceasefire, the cessation of genocide, is a global outcry; it is a global cry of Christians, Muslims, Jews, and sooner rather than later we are going to achieve it,” he said.

The Head of State added that according to the resolution adopted - on March 25 - by the United Nations Security Council, the world demands the cessation of hostilities, as well as the search for a definitive solution to the conflict. He recalled that there were 14 votes in favor in that process.
