Head of State: In six years we will have 256,128 community projects developed across the country

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, said that in six years “we will have 256,128 community projects developed to improve life and build the new society.”
He specified that during the popular assemblies that took place last weekend across the country, 33,091 communal projects have been nominated.
He explained that “4,856 communal circuits have already been registered in the system so far, which means that by this Monday night, 91% of the projects will be loaded into the system, for the election of seven projects for each of the communal circuits, because 98% of the assemblies have been held so far.”
He explained that 42% of the proposed projects have to do with public services, health, education, among others; detailing, that, of these, 5% are related to security, 27% to social issues, 5% to judges of the peace and communal house, 6% to scientific projects and 13% to economic development.
The Head of State said that the proposals were made “in absolute freedom, for entrepreneurship and national production”.
