Head of State: Let's prepare for the resurrection of humanity without empires, without genocide

On this Saturday of Glory, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, urged the peoples of the world to prepare for the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ and of humanity.

Through an audio broadcast on his social networks, the head of state exalted the importance of Jesus and called for an end to the genocide against the Palestinian people, by the Zionist regime of Israel.

“We must remember our Lord Jesus Christ and prepare for his resurrection, which is the resurrection of peoples. Christ , our Lord Jesus, is a great symbol of all humanity, of all religions of all faiths, he changed the historical era before and after,” said the Dignitary.

He recalled that Jesus was born in Palestine, where he was persecuted, betrayed and murdered by the Roman Empire and the corrupt leaders of the time and then resurrected for all eternity.

In this regard, on Palestinian Land Day, he emphasized that the peoples of the world must demand an end to genocide, “the massacre, the persecution, the torture against the people of our Lord Jesus against the people of Palestine and that there be respect for the right of Palestine to independence, to existence, to peace and to coexistence.”

The President called on the Christians of the world to prepare for the resurrection of Christ the Redeemer. “Let us prepare for the resurrection of humanity, a resurrection without empires, without genocide, without interventionism, with full true independence, freedom for peoples, with equality and happiness. Let us make the earth the kingdom of God (...) let us prepare for the resurrection and may the resurrection be a true liberation of the Christ of the poor of the Christ of the peoples”, he said.
