This Friday, August 16, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted a complaint that circulated in Argentina, to the effect that the Argentine government, through the Secretariat of Intelligence of that country, (SIDE), “in the last 20 days spent money from the Argentine Public Budget, 100 million dollars, to attack the Bolivarian Revolution with its bots, Government and the Venezuelan political process”.

“But Milei says he has no money,” he stressed, highlighting the falsehood of the ruler of the South American country, since on repeated occasions he has expressed a lack of resources for the benefit of the Argentine people, but he does have money to attack governments of other countries, which does not match his fascist ideology.

The head of state emphasized that the extremist opposition sector is carrying out a brutal cyber attack against more than 106 electronic, digital sites in Venezuela.

“There is an attack that we have been able to detect from bot farms. Venezuela is receiving brutal attacks from bot farms in Spain, Mexico and Argentina, announced from the Salón Sol del Perú in the Miraflores Palace, during the working meeting he led for the planning of the second National Popular Consultation, next Sunday, August 25.

He reminded the Venezuelan people that a bot “is a fake phone, in a warehouse with a good Internet connection, for example, a thousand phones are connected and are directed by a computer and each phone has, for example, 10 Instagram accounts and 10 TikTok accounts”.

“Programmers are there all day long, sending videos, texts, comments to different accounts, these are attacks by hundreds of thousands, for example the Diosdado (Cabello) program, which on Wednesday was attacked by Spain, Argentina and Mexico,” he explained.

In this sense, he stressed that we must “keep this topic present in conversations with people”, since the extreme right is carrying out a major operation of manipulation on social networks through influencers.

“I call on the Venezuelan people and the youth to face manipulations on social networks, to fight with the truth of Venezuela,” he emphasized.
