Head of State: National tourism grew 72% in the first half of the year

The Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, reported that in the first half of 2025, domestic tourism experienced a remarkable growth of 72%.

In his 88th Con Maduro+ program, he talked about the diversity of tourism options throughout the country.

“All of Venezuela is a tourist emporium, how many qualified and trained people (...) Venezuela has to become a tourist power, we have a unique strength, Los Andes, the south with Canaima, if you go to the beaches you have Los Roques, Morrocoy, Mochima, the new La Tortuga project, and wherever you see it, there are possibilities for growth,” he said.
