“Our path must be to deepen the democracy of the People, for the People and from the People, our path must be the empowerment of the Communes, the Communal Councils, the Communal Circuits”, democracy there, direct from below, from the organized People”.

This was emphasized by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during the swearing in of Rafael Lacava as re-elected governor of the state of Carabobo for the period 2025-2029.

The National President specified that to achieve this higher stage of Bolivarian democracy, the formula of “less desk, more territory” must be applied, so he told the ruler Lacava that the government “has to be in the territory where the people are”.

He pointed out that with the resounding victory of May 25, a new phase begins for the Bolivarian Revolution, which must be focused on building a prosperous and productive Venezuela.
