This Friday, December 19, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, assured that the Peoples of the world have the right to an opportunity for recovery to reverse the climate emergency created by predatory capitalism.

In this context, he emphasized that “we are heirs to the Bolivarian Doctrine, which is the alternative to colonialism, to the predatory way of life, to the plunder of resources, to the destruction of nature, as is capitalism.”

In Vinicio Adames Park, in the Hoyo de la Puerta sector, Miranda state, as part of the commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the Chuquisaca Decree, the head of state summarized the passage El Libertador Simón Bolívar, through the city of Chuquisaca.

He maintained that it was from that moment on that “the history of threats, of ships, of weapons, of pointing, of shouting, of threatening, but that of this, the result was only one, the victory of the United Liberation Army, in an astonishing way, 200 years ago, to liberate all of South America and re-found republics of free men and women and of free peoples”.

In that sense, he asserted that “this is the force that runs here”, referring to Vinicio Adames Park, while recalling that “the rebellious blood of liberators and of a people who overcame all difficulties flows among Venezuelans, because there is no difficulty for us.”

He also highlighted the ecological actions of Commander Hugo Chávez, “he is the original, the real one, and the one who turned the vision of the Liberator Simon Bolivar into a project, and who, therefore, is the eternal leader.”

“He is number one, the Commander of Commanders, the Supreme and Eternal Commander who is here with us, always present, because where the People are fighting, Chávez Lives,” he said.
